1. General Overview

Tracestrack commits to collecting only essential user data necessary for service provision.

2. Data We Collect

Visitor tile access logs: we collect visitors' IP addresses, the tiles they access, and the client's Accept-Language header for billing and tile management purposes, retained for 35 days.

Account owners' email: email addresses are gathered for user identification, with user management securely handled through the leading authentication service, Auth0.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

Credit card information: for paid plans, card data is stored with Stripe rather than Tracestrack. We do not store your full card number or CVV code. For more details, please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Passwords: your password is managed through Auth0 (Okta). We do not store or access your password. For more details, please refer to Auth0's Privacy Policy.
